Parking is available for 65 vehicles across the street
at $500 for 24 hrs. on non-St. Paul event days (i.e. Saints games/Mears Park festivals). Event days $1,000.
Parking must be secured directly with Interstate Parking.
Security – Recommended
Welcome of guests at entrance, keeps entrance closed for private event (no Public entrance), keeps gifts secure throughout evening. Must be secured directly with either off-duty police or independent Security Company.

How to Secure a Date
Signed Contract + 50% of Venue Fee.
Balance due three months prior to event.
All monies paid are non-refundable.
Access to Event Space is 8am day of event
Event must end by 11:30pm.
Real candles must be in container with flame below rim of container.
Decorations affixing to or hanging from the walls or ceiling must be approved by Earl & Wilson.
No glitter, rice, bubbles or confetti, as it gets sucked into air exchange.
No sparklers inside venue.
No real flower petals on wood floor.
