Parking is available for 65 vehicles at $500 for 24 hrs. on non-St. Paul event days (i.e. Saints games/Mears Park festivals). Event days $1,000 based on availability. Parking must be paid for at time of date reservation.

Security – Highly Recommended 
E&W Security: $30/hr. from Guest Arrival – End of event, dependent on your chosen timeline.
Welcome of guests at entrance to ensure venue and event is kept private and not open to the public. 

• 2018 Short Notice Booking: Rate for Venue is already a larger discount
• 2019 Short Notice Booking: $400 for events booked less than six months out 
• Military Event Discount: $400 off

How to Secure and Save a Date
50% of rental rate + Parking Lot Reservation Rate due at contract signing.
Balance due 3 months prior to event.
All monies paid are non-refundable.

Note: Additional fees due 14 days before event and are non-refundable.
Hourly rates are an additional $10/hr. on Holidays and Holiday weekends

Access Hours
Access to Event Space is 10am day of event unless special arrangements have been made. 
Event must end by midnight unless special arrangements have been made.

No open flame candles (candles must be in container with flame below rim of container).
Decorations affixing to or hanging from the walls or ceiling must be approved by Earl & Wilson.
No glitter or confetti, as it gets sucked into air exchange
No pets
