*Please note you are renting the entire space. 
Partial space rental is not available.

*Catering & Bartending – Must be from Preferred Vendor List
*Day of Coordinator – Must have and they must be Insured
*Insurance – Must have policy for $1M

Parking
Parking is available for 65 vehicles across the street 
Parking must be secured and paid for directly with Interstate Parking.

Security – Provided

Discounts
• Short Notice (less than 6 months) or Off-Season Booking (Jan-Apr): $500 off
• Military or MN Police Event Discount: $500 off

How to Secure a Date
Signed Contract + 50% of Venue Fee.
Balance due three months prior to event.
All monies paid are non-refundable.

Access Hours
Access to Event Space is 8am day of event
Clients and all guest must have exited by 11:30pm.

Restrictions
Real candles must be in container with flame below rim of container.
Decorations affixing to or hanging from the walls or ceiling must be approved by Earl & Wilson.
No glitter, rice, bubbles or confetti, as it gets sucked into air exchange.
No sparklers inside venue.
No real flower petals on wood floor.
No pets
